The free audit

When you upload a CSV file, it is sent over an encrypted connection, analysed in memory, and the results are returned to your browser. Angelcloser does not save the uploaded file or the lead list to a database.

The audit report stays in your browser until you close the page or export it yourself.

CRM connections

Connections to HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24 or a company-built CRM request read-only access. Angelcloser never edits, deletes or creates records in your CRM.

Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and kept in a secure, HttpOnly browser cookie. Disconnecting removes them from your browser; you can also revoke access from your CRM at any time.

Your account

Sign-in is provided by Clerk, which stores the email address and login details you use to create an account. We use your email only to provide the service and to reply to you.

Recovery Kits

The Recovery Kit is built in your own browser from your audit results. The contact list, messages and plan are created on your device and downloaded directly to it. Angelcloser does not receive or store the kit.

With the Recovery Kit, Angelcloser does not contact your leads. Your own team decides who to contact and sends every message from your own WhatsApp or email. Leads that opted out are placed on a separate do-not-contact list.

Recovery Agent (private beta)

If you switch on the Recovery Agent, it sends WhatsApp messages from your own business number only to leads you queue yourself after confirming they agreed to hear from your company. It stores each conversation (phone number, name, messages and the details the lead shares) for up to 180 days so it can continue the conversation and hand qualified leads to your advisor.

Anyone who writes STOP, or the equivalent in Arabic or Turkish, is never messaged again. The agent never invents prices or offers and hands any specific question to a human.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your leads with anyone. We do not use your leads for our own marketing or for other clients. We never message your leads unless you switch on the Recovery Agent for your own WhatsApp number.

Hosting

The website and audit run on Vercel. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. The operator of Angelcloser is Lead Magneters, Istanbul.
